Uponor Pex Failure Documents
Because of the problems with fittings cracking and leaking, Uponor sued the company that manufactured the Pex plumbing fittings in question here. In that litigation, which is pending in federal court in Texas, Uponor has admitted that the fittings it sold were defective, unreasonably dangerous and not merchantable.
